In order to develop the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia, President University (PresUniv) is collaborating with PT Alessa Motors Nusantara. This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday (19/8). Present at the signing of this MoU, President Director & Founder of Alessa Motor Nusantara, Dr. Ing Tindjaja Soetadji, with Co-Founder, Handojo Sutjipto. Meanwhile, representing PresUniv, there were Dr. Josep Ginting, S.E., M.M., Vice rector for Business Development, and Marissa Astika, Manager of the Partnerships Bureau.
In addition to the signing, Alessa Motors Nusantara also held further discussions about potential collaborations that could be carried out, such as in the fields of research, education, community service, and the internship program. In the discussion, also present was Dr.-Ing. Erwin Sitompul, M.Sc, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr.Eng. Lydia Anggraini, S.T., M.Eng., Head of Mechanical Engineering Study Program, and Nanang Ali Sutisna, M.Eng, Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering Study Program, PresUniv. According to Josep Ginting, one of the potential collaborations that could be carried out in the near future will be in the field of research. He said, “We can immediately start a research program lead by the lecturers.” Erwin Sitompul hopes that this collaboration can be mutually beneficial and produce something new innovations.
