Hydroponic Training for President University Students

Last Tuesday (3/11), the Student Affairs Bureau, President University Student Housing (PUSH), and Jababeka Peduli, a movement initiated by PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, held hydroponic cultivation training for students living in the President University Student Housing (PUSH). They are students of class 2020. This training aims to equip students to be able to use the land productively through farming activities.

The training opened by Sandy Darmowinoto, B.Sc. (Hons), M.IT., Vice-Rector of President University, was continued with an introduction to hydroponics, cultivation methods, care, and harvesting. Besides planting and caring for hydroponic plants, students are also taught how to breed catfish. “We will later enjoy the harvest with the students,” said Donald Samuel, Head of the Student Affairs Bureau.
